_Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace_ is one of the most groundbreaking television shows of the 1980s. Created by Marenghi, a bestselling author and self-proclaimed dreamweaver, with the assistance of his publisher Dean Learner, _Darkplace_ was originally shown only in Peru, because the show was made with no demand from a network. It’s a masterful show by a virtuosic maestro of horror, and a must watch for anyone who has eyes to perceive television, and is notably the source of Rivers‘s hit single “One Track Lover”.
